No cooking experience necessary! Whether you're a sous vide pro, or a sous vide novice, your brain will leave stuffed with a deeper understanding of sous vide and your stomach will be full of deliciousness, too! A little more about Chef Scott Peabody: He’s a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, worked in New York City under acclaimed chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Thomas Keller, and wants you to eat good food.
